I found the following modules very useful - Module 2 Eight Core Factors of Leadership Behavior and
Emotional Intelligence intelligence, Module 7 & Module 9.
I found the indications on how to use this in groups with a suggested time format useful; the pulse report of the LBP,
as with the other assessments, is a key component, and how the Emotional Intelligence measure fits in as compared to the ESI.

I am not a person who prefers to learn by reading.
For this reason, I liked module 2 (the one that had the quizzes) as it allowed me to reflect and interact on the content better.
Given my busy schedule at the moment it was useful to be able to do the learning at my own pace.
