Chairman and founder of the business; Paul has degrees in Social Psychology, Management Science and his Phd topic examined the role and challenges of the corporate Chief Executive Officer.

He was a lecturer at Auckland University for nine years where he taught Leadership, Strategy and Teamwork on the MBA programme and in various other forums.

Paul held management positions in the Greater Manchester Police Force in the UK Police where he worked for 16 years.

Having assisted senior managers for many years with their leadership, strategic planning, change management and team development, Paul now specialises in developing multi-rater feedback tools for large public and private sector organisations both in Australasia and elsewhere.

These focus on Strategy, Leadership, Teamwork and Workplace Wellbeing.

Accreditation Director

Peter is the CEO and the Director of accreditation. Peter draws from his 25 years + experience as an expert management consultant & facilitator in leadership, team & strategy within organisations internationally when providing support to our accredited consultants in their use of our products within organisations or with clients.

Before joining the organisation, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within a public sector organisation in the UK. In particular this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the co-ordination of human resource strategies.

He has completed a Masters Degree in Management Change, is Master accredited in the Team Management Products and is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited.

Business Operations & Tech Director

Paul has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked in a variety of fields from electrical safety testing through software development and marketing systems.

Paul's area of expertise involves client service, IT infrastructure management and software development.

Paul heads up web based technology & support which is utilised in completion, production and delivery of our Products.

Key Account & Quality Director

Helen has a degree in Agricultural Science and for 16 years prior to starting with TLS worked in Quality Assurance Certification, auditing and sales roles within the Agricultural industry.

Helen joined the TLS family business over 10 years ago and looks after key accounts, quality & process.
