Profile Service

Team Leadership Services has been producing 360° profiling tools for over 30 years. We are aware of the amount of effort required to manage the administrative process of working with profile recipients, and nominated raters to get them all to do the tasks they need to do so that a profile can be prepared. Leveraging the latest technologies, we have created an automated, online system which takes care of all the 'heavy lifting' of outbound email communications, reminder messaging and questionnaire completion to allow you to focus on what's important to you. This is supported by our responsive customer services team.

Centralised Processes

All services are centred around a cloud based platform which is accessible via our website with an administrative login. This secure area (portal) is where orders are placed.

Emails

Emails

The system generates email instructions and reminder messaging from a combination of templates and order specific details. These convey customised 'call to action' instructions to all participants & raters completing questionnaires contributing to the profile.

Customised Access

All contributing raters to a profile receive customised instructions and an access link that is unique to them. This provides access to an online portal which guides all respondents through a listing of action items they need to perform.

Secure Systems

All access to our system is provided with security and reliability as key design philosophies. Your clients' responses are stored in an Australasian-based, enterprise-grade data centre and encryption services are deployed throughout, as well as Sitelock's secure certification.

Cross-browser/Cross-platform

All of the commonly used browsers are supported and tablet friendly designs are a core element of the system's functionality designed to provide wide access across multiple users.

Within your Consultant Secure Area on our website (Consultant Portal) you will also have access to Resources for downloading or printing. These include:

  • Sample Questions from each questionnaire
  • Development Guides
  • Powerpoint files to assist in preparing your presentation materials

Support

All of the above is backed by our team providing customer support across all aspects of the process contactable via email: or phone . Our goal is to make your use of the system as easy as possible to achieve your required outcomes. After the initial order placement by our Accredited consultants our TLS customer support team administers the order process through to the profile being produced and made available. This administration includes; checking of the order before the system sends the invitation emails to participants, managing email bouncebacks, monitoring of progress and completion, system reminder emails and responding to queries. Processing the profiles and making them available in hard copy or softcopy in time for the feedback session.
