What is it?
DISC Certification through the Certified Behavioural Consultant (CBC) programme equips you to professionally interpret and
apply DISC, Values, TEAMS and Behavioural Attitudes Index (BAI) reports.
Upon completion, you become a DISC Certified Behavioural Consultant,
joining the network and gaining the ability to access, order and facilitate the DISC Suite.
The DISC Suite has several profile variations including:

Who's it for?
DISC Suite Certification is open to anyone and is commonly obtained by HR development consultants, in-house HR team members,
trainers and line managers.
Once certified you join the DISC Certified Behavioural Consultant network,
and will receive a number of membership benefits and ongoing support when ordering these products.
What's included in a DISC Certification?

How's it completed?
The Certification is delivered online and can be completed at your own pace.
It consists of two individual courses:
- CBC: Introduction to Behavioural Analysis
- CBC: Advanced Behavioural Analysis: with TEAMS, Values, and BAI
Both courses include structured video learning modules, comprehensive workbooks, applied case studies,
and guided activities designed to build practical confidence in using DISC.
This certification is followed by a one-to-one session with a TLS Profiles facilitator to consolidate
learning and support application in practice.
