What is it?

Accreditation licences facilitators in the Good Day at Work Wellbeing system.

The system provides a clear and compassionate framework to guide individuals and teams through reflection, insight and action. Allowing organisations a meaningful way to understand and support their people whilst providing oversight into overall wellbeing.

The Good Day at Work Wellbeing system Accreditation covers:

• Research, underlying concepts and the GDAW model.
• Wellbeing Snapshot Assessment & Report.

The wellbeing snapshot is the foundational basis for the system designed to help individuals gain a clear understanding of the key factors influencing their mental health, resilience, engagement and performance at work.

As can be seen in the flowchart the GDAW snapshot is the starting point and various options are available to you as the Facilitator to offer to a client. One option is a teams data can be rolled up anonymously to inform a Good Day at Work Wellbeing Programme which includes:

• Manager/Team Wellbeing Report &/or Wellbeing Data Summary
• A Team Talk, Action planning and followup leading into organisation strategic insight opportunities.

This accreditation covers all aspects of the system offering guidance at each step.

Who's it for?

Accreditation is open to anyone and is commonly obtained by HR development consultants, in-house HR team members, trainers and line managers. Once accredited you are an Accredited Network Member and will receive a number of membership benefits and ongoing support.

How's it done?

This online, self-paced accreditation includes a mix of learning modules, exercises, videos, an Accreditation Guide, and a Snapshot Wellbeing Assessment & Report, followed by a one-on-one coaching session.
