The Leadership Behaviours Suite has 3 profile variations. All based on the Leadership Behaviours Model.

TLS has taken the best of contemporary leadership and developed a model that is easy to understand and practical in its approach backed by research and our own leadership facilitation experience. This 360° model combines the various aspects of leadership into eight behavioural groups being the factors of effective leadership.
The model is symbolised by a captains wheel with the skipper at the helm. A leader with people responsibility, competence and integrity who provides direction and guidance or an aspiring leader/team member who is supportive and responsive.
In addition to the 8 factors the model provides insights into a leader of team members emotional intelligence as an integral characteristic. Emotional Intelligence sits at the hub of the captains wheel.
The profiles are used by a multitude of organisations operating in the private, public and non-profit sectors worldwide to increase leadership attributes.
