DISC Behavioural Insights
DISC is a practical behavioural insight tool used by organisations across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
DISC describes four core behavioural tendencies that influence how people approach tasks, relate to others,
respond to pace and pressure, and engage with structure and detail.
Most people are a blend of styles. The model supports awareness and conscious adjustment rather than categorisation.
DISC Profiles
DISC profiles help individuals and teams understand how behaviour shows up in everyday work and under pressure,
and how those behaviours influence communication, collaboration, and performance.
Individuals can use the profiles to identify behavioural strengths, recognise potential limitations,
and understand how their behaviour may be experienced by others.
The profiles provide a shared language that supports clearer communication,
better working relationships, and more effective day to day interaction.
The DISC Suite offers enhanced features, providing tailored reports for additional focus including:
- Motivation (DISC + BAI 2D Profile)
- Leadership (DISC Leadership Profile)
- Sales (DISC Sales Profile)
- DISC Group Dynamics Report - Allows for insights across teams or groups that have completed DISC profiles.
How it Works
Participants complete an online assessment and receive a personalised profile outlining behavioural style,
strengths, potential blind spots, and practical guidance.
The profile can be used via independent coaching or within facilitated workshops or team development sessions.
All data is collected through a secure online platform.
DISC Accreditation
Accreditation supports those wishing to use DISC with clients or within their organisation,
