Good Day At Work – Organisation/Team Initiative

Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters

How people feel at work has a profound impact on their wellbeing, performance, and sense of belonging. When organisations prioritise care, connection, and open dialogue, everyone benefits - individuals, teams, and the wider business.

For organisations, this programme offers a meaningful way to understand and support your people. For coaches and facilitators, it provides a clear, compassionate framework to guide teams through reflection, insight, and action.

Together, we can build healthier, more connected workplaces - one team at a time.

Good Day at Work Wellbeing Programme

How It Works?
Step 1 - Individual Wellbeing Snapshot Assessment

Team members, including the manager, complete a short online wellbeing questionnaire.

Step 2 - Wellbeing Snapshot Report

Each participant receives a personalised report and is encouraged to book a one-on-one coaching session with a wellbeing facilitator.

Step 3 - Team Wellbeing Report & Wellbeing Data Summary (for teams of 5+)

An anonymised team report or data summary is generated to highlight key wellbeing themes and trends.

Step 4 - Manager Coaching Session

The manager works with a facilitator to review team insights and prepare for the team workshop.

Step 5 - Team Talk Workshop

A guided, collaborative session where the team explores results and co-creates a tailored wellbeing action plan.

What Happens Next
Step 6 - Implementing the Action Plan

The manager, with support where needed, integrates the action plan into team workflows and monitors progress.

Step 7 - Follow-Up

A follow-up session 6–12 months later helps review progress, celebrate wins, and refine the team’s wellbeing approach.
