The manager works with a facilitator to review team insights and prepare for the team workshop.
A guided, collaborative session where the team explores results and co-creates a tailored wellbeing action plan.
The manager, with support where needed, integrates the action plan into team workflows and monitors progress.
A follow-up session 8–12 months later helps review progress, celebrate wins and refine the team's wellbeing approach. Allowing consideration of a followup assessment to gain important organisational data insights.
